Andrea K. Leisy

Ms. Leisy represents public and private sector clients in land use and environmental matters, including compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), subdivision map act, and the Integrated Waste Management Act. Ms. Leisy received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999, where she worked with the U.S. Attorneys’ Office, Environment and Natural Resources Division, the Department of Water Resources, and California Indian Legal Services. In her spare time, she enjoys downhill skiing and hiking in the Sierras, photography, live music, working with the Volunteers in Parole Program, and watching the Cal Bears beat Stanford.
